About Us:

We are a community-focused pediatric clinic in Central Virginia, proudly offering early intervention and outpatient therapy services to children from 6 months to 21 years old. We’ve grown through passion, teamwork, and dedication—and now we’re growing again!

What You’ll Do:
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll:

• Evaluate and treat children with fine motor, ADL, and sensory processing needs
• Create individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans & goals (IFSPs)
• Use evidence-based, playful approaches to promote development
• Track progress with daily notes and regular family updates
• Work across both clinic-based settings and Early Intervention
• Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists who love what they do

Who You Are:

• A licensed OT/R or COTA (new grads with pediatric rotations are encouraged to apply)
• Curious, compassionate, and serious about being silly when needed
• Familiar with sensory integration and neurodiversity (Autism, SPD, etc.)
• Skilled at building connections with children, families, and teammates
• Comfortable with documentation, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
