Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, commercial cleaning, and environmental services.

Responsibilities
- Perform various floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards
- Provide custodial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for different surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while working

Qualifications
- Proven experience in floor care, commercial cleaning, or related environmental services
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
