Job Description - Immediate Job Openings

Join us and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!

Who we’re looking for:
We’re seeking friendly and energetic individuals to provide exceptional guest service in a variety of areas. Your positive attitude and can-do spirit will make all the difference as you help create positive, lasting memories for our guests.

Immediate & Future Openings! If we don’t have current openings in your area of interest, we’d still like to talk to you about future opportunities as a:

Sales Ambassador
Food & Beverage
Photographer
Ride Operator
Park Area Ambassador
Restroom Attendant (Custodian)
Guest Arrival (Ticket Scanning, Tolls Parking, Registers)
Guest Services
Park Ops Ambassador, Shows
Lifeguard
and more!

What it takes to succeed:

At least 16 years of age (some positions may require 18+ due to TABC requirement )
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Excellent multi-tasking abilities
Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
Ability to stand for entire shift
Comfortable working around water and animals
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Previous guest service experience preferred
Basic math skills desired
