Immigration Attorney

As our company continues to grow, so does our commitment to providing exceptional support to our clients. We are currently expanding our legal team and are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorneys to join us in this exciting phase.

One of our key openings is for a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney who will play a crucial role our firm. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced  environment, enjoys mentoring team members, and is deeply committed to delivering efficient, high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review affirmative and defensive case filings, provide detailed feedback, and approve them for submission.
• Offer legal guidance and strategic direction to paralegals on casework.
• Draft legal arguments for filings as required.
• Train and mentor paralegals, junior paralegals, and assistants to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
• Provide support to other departments as needed when attorneys are unavailable.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and train team members.
• Proven experience in a law firm or similar environment, with a focus on case review and legal strategy.
• Comfortable working on a fast paced environment
• Prior experience in immigration law is essential.
• Experience handling cases involving detained individuals is required.
