Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Location:

Remote – Nationwide. Work from anywhere in the U.S. while collaborating with a supportive and highly engaged legal team.

Note:

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state and have 3+ years of business immigration experience, including hands-on experience with H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1A, EB-1B, and National Interest Waiver (NIW) matters. Experience with these case types is a required qualification.

Job Description

  • Manage a diverse caseload of employment-based immigration matters from strategy through filing and approval.
  • Handle H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, adjustment of status, family-based immigration, and naturalization cases.
  • Lead client consultations and develop trusted relationships with employers and individual clients.
  • Supervise and mentor paralegals while ensuring high-quality legal work and timely case completion.
  • Provide strategic immigration guidance tailored to each client's business and immigration objectives.
  • Review petitions, legal briefs, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve workflows and client experience.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the firm through leadership, innovation, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Active U.S. Bar license in any state.
  • 3+ years of business immigration attorney experience.
  • Strong experience with H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1A, EB-1B, and NIW cases.
  • Experience with adjustment of status, family-based immigration, and naturalization matters preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment.
  • Experience supervising paralegals or leading legal support staff is preferred.
