Location:
This is an in-office opportunity in Coral Springs, Florida, offering attorneys the benefit of working closely with our team, clients, and experienced practitioners. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

We are open to candidates across experience levels, including promising recent law school graduates. Candidates should have experience or meaningful exposure to both family-based and employment-based immigration matters. Florida bar license is required. Spanish is preferred but not required.

Job Description
- Advise clients on family-based and employment-based immigration matters
- Develop practical legal strategies based on each client's goals and circumstances
- Prepare, review, and manage immigration petitions, applications, supporting documentation, and filings
- Counsel clients regarding visas, permanent residency, citizenship, waivers, and related immigration matters
- Conduct legal research and analyze immigration issues
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, requirements, deadlines, and developments
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal support staff to move matters forward efficiently
- Manage assigned cases while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
- Advocate for clients while delivering responsive, compassionate, and professional service
Qualifications
- Florida bar license required.
- Experience or meaningful exposure to family-based and employment-based immigration matters
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple client matters effectively
- Client-focused, professional, and collaborative approach
- Comfortable working fully in-office in Coral Springs
- Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
- Attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply
