Job Details:

We are seeking a full-time Immigration paralegal for an immediate opening. Employee responsibilities:

- Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documentation

- Prepare removal defense filings

- Assist with U.S. visa petitions

- Analyze case documents

- Perform legal research

- Communicate with clients

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

 

Job Requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish.

- Experience of at least 1 year

- Basic legal document drafting and completing forms.

- Direct interaction in assisting clients with litigation and representation concerns.

- Trial exhibit notebook preparation.
