We are seeking to add an Impact Care Advocate to our fun cultured environment. This role will be a full time (40 hour), every other weekend shift, with occasional overtime. Here at Impact, we find non-medical caregivers to help our clients within their homes with ADL’s and IADL’s. This position would act as support to our Staffing Coordinators at providing care to patients in need.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their dignity, safety, and independence. You’ll provide non-medical support with:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
   
• Toileting assistance and brief changing
   
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
   
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behavior as well as caregivers
   
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship and support
   

What We’re Looking For
 

Preferred:

• CNA Required 
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Must be trained on lifts and gait belt assistance

Requirements

Required: 

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
•  CNA License required
• Must have a VALID KS DRIVERS LICENSE 
• Reliable transportation with valid vehicle insurance
• Must be able to pass a Background check
