We’re hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects and ensure successful client onboarding, deployment, and adoption.
This role combines:
technical project management
client-facing consulting
system configuration
process optimization
implementation execution
You’ll work directly with clients to deploy software solutions, configure workflows, migrate data, manage integrations, and drive long-term adoption.
This is not a passive coordination role.
You will own implementations from: Planning → Configuration → Deployment → Optimization

🔥 What You’ll Own
End-to-End SaaS Implementations
Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live
Build implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and rollout strategies
Ensure projects are delivered:
on time
within scope
with high client satisfaction
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout deployment
Client Consulting & Process Optimization
Analyze client workflows and operational processes
Identify implementation requirements and business objectives
Recommend scalable SaaS configurations and best practices
Translate business needs into technical solutions and workflows
Guide clients through implementation decisions and change management
System Configuration & Workflow Automation
Configure SaaS platforms based on client requirements
Customize:
workflows
automations
permissions
system logic
operational processes
Ensure systems align with business goals and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues
Data Migration & Integrations
Manage data migration projects from legacy systems
Validate and ensure data accuracy and completeness
Coordinate system integrations and API workflows
Support platform connectivity and operational syncing across systems
Identify and resolve migration or integration risks proactively
Training, Adoption & Client Enablement
Deliver onboarding sessions and end-user training
Create adoption plans and rollout strategies
Develop:
SOPs
implementation documentation
training guides
configuration manuals
Ensure clients are fully enabled and confident post-launch
Project Management & Delivery
Maintain project trackers, timelines, and implementation dashboards
Communicate implementation progress clearly to stakeholders
Monitor risks, blockers, and dependencies
Coordinate:
internal teams
technical resources
client stakeholders
Escalate issues proactively before timelines are impacted
Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct implementation testing and validation
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure workflows, automations, and integrations function properly
Validate deployment quality before launch
