As a Client OnboardingConsultant ,you willcarry the ADP relationship forward after a sale andenablethefirst interaction betweenclientsandADP'sindustry-leading payroll and HR solutions.You will buildrelationshipswith clientsand seamlesslyimplementADP's technologiestoensure yourclientsachievelong-term success.Once ADP services are delivered,your efforts will have a directimpactonthe day-to-day lives ofyour clients'employees–frompaycheckstohealth benefitsandbeyond.
Youwillspendyour day ensuring your clients arecomfortable usingADP’sproducts and services.Every day, you will partner with clients to learnand understandtheir business needs; analyze existing systems, interface requirements,andbusinessprocesses; and then guide and drive clientstowards the best solution for theiruniquebusiness needs.Still, every day will be different because the new clients you meet span geographies and industries, requiring different solutions to satisfy theirspecificneeds. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Onboard Clients. You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.You'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through your expertise and relationship-building.
Implement

ADP Technologies. You will consult with clientsandanalyze existing systems, interfacerequirements, andbusiness processestodeliver a comprehensive ADP solution.You willincorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommendingand implementingtheADP solution.
Partner Internally. Youwillcollaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer serviceandexchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness,andissues as they arise.
Multi-Task & Communicate. Youwill work onmultiple time-sensitiveprojects andfollow-upitemsat the same time.Youwillshare essential informationwith clients andthe teams you work with at ADP.
Youadhere to a daily schedule and organize yourselfto deal with a high volume ofinbound calls.Daily phonetimemay increaseduring peakseasons,like at the close of thecalendaryear.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

:

Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.Other acceptable experiencescould include:
Experience noted above OR
Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-throughwill help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
