Expert in business process mapping, functional leadership, Agile integration

• Provides expert support, analysis, and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes.


• Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams.


• Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts; contributes to development of new principles.


• Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional communication skills.


• Works under consultative direction toward long-range goals.

Personnel Qualifications (PQs):

• 7 years of experience.


• Experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for Implementation and Sustainment tasks.


• Experience providing functional support for major development/upgrade efforts and postproduction.


• Expert in IT areas such as Systems Architecture, Software Development, Security Engineering, etc.


• Must possess IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance at the time of proposal submission.

Place of Performance: On-site Philadelphia location, Philadelphia, PA 19111

Travel: Yes (estimated no more than 25%)

Security Clearance Requirement: IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) must be held at the time of proposal submission.
