Job Description - Implementation Specialist (Payroll and HR Services)

We are a regional payroll and HR service provider looking for someone to assist with the support and implementation of new clients on our full suite of solutions.

We help companies nationwide to automate their payroll and HR processes and maintain compliance. We accomplish this through our suite of payroll and HR technology and services. We offer payroll, HRIS, timekeeping, ASO, and PEO services.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Payroll system implementation experience

Experience working with and implementing HRIS systems

Automated timekeeping implementation experience

Project management experience

Amazing attitude

Experience working for a payroll service bureau

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing the implementation of new clients on our suite of HR solutions from Kickoff to Completion. You will be responsible for the success of the entire implementation and hand off to support.

Assisting with the implementation process of new clients: information gathering, setting up clients, enrolling employees, and loading historical information in the payroll and HR platforms.

Communicate regularly with the client regarding the status of the implementation and data needed to complete the implementation.

Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients throughout the implementation process.

Manage workflow through the first payroll period to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely, applying multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Review and reconcile payrolls prior to transmission to the client, validating confirmed reports, and ensuring all setup goals are met.

Maintain a high rate of client retention through quality service and excellent communication skills (by phone, online meeting, and email).

Research and resolve client/system problems, offering solutions with timely responses; document special requests.

Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a quality service image.

Collaborate with other team members to resolve setup-related concerns.

Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Assisting in all other facets of the company as required.
