Import / Export Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Import & Export Administrator to join our logistics operations. This role is responsible for managing all order types and shipments from Israel, ensuring smooth logistics operations, customs clearance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process various types of orders (Sales, RMA, Advance Replacement, MARCOM, etc.) originating from Israel
• Oversee the end-to-end shipping process, including order fulfillment and documentation
• Monitor shipments from AudioCodes’ warehouse and contract manufacturers in Israel
• Coordinate and handle customs clearance for incoming shipments
• Provide operational support to AudioCodes’ global logistics centers
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and incoterms
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments

Professional Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations and order management
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, and logistics processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
