Are you an experienced Import Security Filing (ISF) Filer looking to grow your career with an established international logistics company?

Our client, a global leader in freight forwarding with more than 30 years of experience specializing in the transportation of wine & spirits, luxury goods, and other international cargo, is seeking a detail -oriented ISF Filing Specialist to join their Customs Brokerage team.

What You'll Do:

Prepare, review, and electronically transmit Import Security Filings (10+2) through ACE.
Ensure ISFs are filed accurately and within CBP regulatory deadlines.
Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documents for completeness.
Monitor accepted, rejected, and pending ISF filings and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Process amendments, corrections, and cancellations as shipment information changes.
Track vessel departures and monitor shipments approaching filing deadlines.
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, freight forwarders, steamship lines, customs brokers, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate electronic records and support CBP compliance requirements.
Assist with responses to CBP inquiries and maintain complete documentation.

Requirements:

1–3+ years of experience in Import Security Filing (ISF), Customs Brokerage, Ocean Imports, or Freight Forwarding.
Working knowledge of CBP Import Security Filing (10+2) regulations.
Experience reviewing import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using the ACE Portal.
Experience processing high -volume ISF filings.
Familiarity with AMS and Ocean Manifest requirements.
