We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Impound & Towing Coordinator to support our growing operations.

Position Overview

The Impound & Towing Coordinator will be responsible for managing all impound notifications, coordinating vehicle releases, communicating with towing yards, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. The position will begin as remote and transition to in-person work based in Las Vegas / Henderson, NV.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle impound releases for multiple locations and clients.
• Communicate with towing vendors, impound lots, and internal teams regarding vehicle status.
• Negotiate fees when appropriate and ensure timely release of vehicles.
• Track, log, and update impound-related data across spreadsheets, systems, and documentation.
• Maintain communication through Outlook, email, and phone calls.
• Prepare and organize documents related to impounds, towing charges, and receipts.
• Work closely with management to resolve escalations or complex cases.
• Review and process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks related to impound fees.

Strong negotiation skills and confidence handling vendors or disputes.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Comfortable working in Excel, Outlook, and other tracking systems.

Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in bookkeeping, towing, impound operations, fleet services, or rental car logistics is a plus, but not required.

Must be able to transition from remote to in-person work in the Las Vegas / Henderson area.
