In Home Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable In Home Assistants to provide personalized care and support to our clients in Macomb, MI. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by assisting with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and errands.


• Monitor client’s health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.


• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.


• Follow care plans and instructions as provided by healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or related field is an advantage.


• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills IS A MUST.


• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care instructions.


• Valid driver’s license or State ID is required for this position.


• Own Reliable transportation is a plus. 


• Ability to pass background checks.
