POSITION OVERVIEW
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community. The hourly rate for this position would be $80-90 pwe hour based off experience in field and education.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide services in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with bilingual and Spanish-speaking families
Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans
Conduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions in English and/or Spanish to empower caregivers
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support.
Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes.
Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices.

Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)
Eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
Experience working independently in home-based settings is a plus
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (BONUS POINTS)
Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
