Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to understand customers' home improvement needs and provide them with personalized recommendations. Build and maintain excellent relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques. Educate customers about the features and benefits of The Men With Tools' products and services. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position The Men With Tools' offerings.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in in-home sales or a related field, preferably within the construction industry. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Solid understanding of the home improvement industry, including products and services. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
