Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll meet with customers during pre-set, qualified appointments—no cold calling or door knocking required. You'll consult with homeowners, present tailored solutions, and guide them through their remodeling decisions.

What You’ll Do

Meet with customers at their homes for pre-scheduled appointments
Conduct in-home consultations for kitchen, or bath remodeling projects
Present product information, focusing on benefits & tailored solutions
Utilize sales expertise to navigate conversations and close deals
Provide an exceptional customer experience

What You’ll Need

Resilience & ability to handle rejection without being discouraged
Ability to drive 100+ miles per day on average
Flexible schedule – availability to work evenings & weekends
Comfortable working in a commission-based role
Passion for sales & customer success
Strong ability to close deals in-home, on the spot
Tech proficiency with an iPad
Valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance
Ability to pass a background screening
