Job Description - In Home Sales Technician



Fearless In-Home Sales Professional



Location: Central South New Jersey
Compensation: $100K+ annually (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

We’re looking for a high-energy, fearless In-Home Sales Professional to ride this wave of expansion and help homeowners fall in love with their floors, counters, and showers again.


As part of a nationally recognized brand in 40+ markets, we specialize in premium restoration of hard surfaces like tile & grout, marble, granite, and travertine. We bring old surfaces back to life—and we’re looking for someone who can help sell that transformation.


What You’ll Do



  • Run Pre-Qualified Appointments – We give you warm leads (no cold calling)



  • Present Simple, Effective Solutions – Show homeowners how we can solve their problems



  • Upsell Like a Pro – Spot opportunities and confidently offer premium add-ons



  • Ask for the Sale – With zero fear and tons of confidence



  • Overcome Objections – With professionalism, charm, and killer product knowledge
