Responsibilities & Duties:
- Providing clinical services to assigned client caseload (including individual, family, and in home therapy)
- Submission of timely daily and weekly paperwork
- Documenting and maintaining client progress
- Meeting productivity and quality care requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Science
· Eligible for LICSW, LHMC or other clinical license preferred, not required
· Valid/active driver’s license
· Verification of adequate personal auto insurance on the vehicle to be used
· Ability to pass a CORI and DCF background check
· Familiarity with trauma-informed care

$5,000.00* Sign-on bonus - $2,500.00 paid after 6 consecutive months of active employment and $2,500.00 after successful completion of a 12-month probation period. (*Certain retention timeframes do apply.)
