Job Description - In House Caregiver

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being. This role requires empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Help with housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.

Accompany clients to appointments and outings.

Monitor and report changes in client health status.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role.

Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.

Ability to follow care plans and instructions.

Physical stamina and emotional resilience.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in caregiving is a plus.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
