In room dining assistant

Join us as we provide a luxury dining experience for our guests in their hotel room. This is a part time PM position. Must be able to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write.)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent comprehension in order to take and communicate orders from guests and respond to special requests. Set tables, trays according to type of food ordered and the hotels service standards.

• Performs opening and closing procedures established for the department.


• Accurately records, pre-checks and picks-up all food and beverage orders.

• Present physical and accurate check to guest and complete the payment process.

• To have a full knowledge of the food & beverage items & their specifications, menu prices, recipes and style of service etc.

• Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors.

Physical:

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, bend and squat repeatedly, and walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
