Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring an experienced Telemarketer who excels at phone-based outreach and lead conversion. This is a high-impact role for someone who can confidently handle both inbound and outbound calls and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries

Handle inbound calls with professionalism, answering questions and generating interest

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our field sales team

Follow call scripts and adapt based on customer response

Track call metrics and appointment-setting success

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

What You Bring to the Table

Proven experience in telemarketing or phone-based sales (required)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Professional phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized

Prior experience in home improvement, roofing, or storm restoration industries is a plus
