What You'll Do:

• Manage and qualify leads from various digital sources (Angie's Leads, web submissions, referrals, etc.).


• Nurture inbound leads effectively, boosting conversion rates by setting qualified appointments.


• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, including providing accurate pricing information.


• Follow-up proactively on job cancellations to recover business opportunities.


• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.


• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records and track lead progress.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills—knowing exactly how to connect with customers.


• Possesses strong sales instincts and the ability to identify and qualify leads effectively.
