Pay: $17.00 per hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – completion of daily tasks

About the Inbound Mailroom Team Lead Role:

Conduent is looking for an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead that thrives working in a fast-paced production environment with a willingness to learn and ability to oversee and manage a team of up to 30 people.

The Inbound Mailroom Team Lead handles a large volume of claims each day that need to be sorted, scanned, and processed. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day management of inbound mailroom
• Responsible for processing of specialized PO boxes
• Oversee and manage team workloads and attendance/absences
• Maintain order in the workroom
• Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines
• Assist with hiring new team members
• Driving company vehicle if needed
• Responsible for other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED 
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs 
• Must have a valid driver's license

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920 - $39,900.
