We're looking for a seasoned and driven Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will boast a robust background in digital marketing and a proven history of crafting and executing inbound strategies that boost traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role demands a strategic thinker with top-notch communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in inbound marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert target audiences across various digital channels working with a team of SMEs (social/ email/ content/ paid/ design).

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

  • Work with Digital Funnel Manager to direct the creation and optimization content for various stages of the buyer's journey, including blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.

  • Work with HubSpot/Email Marketing team to effectively manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

  • Lead the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.

  • Review and analyze GA4 (Google Analytics) and other marketing data, analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement for client success in visual formats; Google slides presentations, graphs/charts, putting together 3 month sprint plans for client delivery.

  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion analysis to optimize marketing strategies and enhance overall campaign performance.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support lead generation and conversion efforts.

  • Works with clients face to face with a “Can-do” attitude to ensure the client's success

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in inbound marketing and digital marketing as a whole.

  • Utilize AI tools to brainstorm ideas and work more efficiently.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in inbound marketing, content marketing, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful inbound marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Must have prior agency experience
