Job Description - Inbound/ Outbound Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative  - Phoenix Center 


Shift - 7:00am - 4:00pm   Sundays closed  plus a day during week off ( must be available Saturdays) 



  • Base: $41,200

  • OTE: $80,000 – $100,000+ (uncapped)

  • Top performers exceed $110K+


 


About the Role
This is not a transactional sales role—it’s a high-impact, consultative appointment closing environment where every conversation has the potential to change someone’s confidence and quality of life.


You’ll be working exclusively with high-intent inbound leads—people actively seeking solutions. Your job is to guide, build trust, and bring them in for an in-person hair health consult.


We’re looking for closers who want more than a job—they want ownership of their number, control over their income, and a path to grow.


What You’ll Own



  • Full-cycle appointment setting responsibility—from first call through close

  • Converting high-intent inbound leads at a high rate

  • Building trust quickly through consultative, needs-based selling

  • Handling objections with confidence and emotional intelligence

  • Consistently outperforming KPIs for conversion, revenue, and efficiency

  • Creating a seamless transition from digital experience to in-person consultation
