Bosley HairClub is looking for high-performing bilingual inside sales professionals who know how to build trust, guide conversations, overcome objections, and earn commitment, in both English and Spanish.

This isn't a traditional call center role or an appointment-setting job.

You'll work exclusively with qualified inbound leads: people who have already reached out because they're actively looking for solutions. Many of the clients we serve nationwide prefer to have these conversations in Spanish, and being able to meet them in the language they're most comfortable with makes a real difference. Your job is to understand their needs, educate them on their options, and secure their commitment to an in-person consultation with one of our hair restoration experts.

• Engage qualified inbound leads through consultative conversations in English and Spanish


• Build trust, uncover client needs, and recommend the next step


• Overcome objections and confidently secure confirmed consultations


• Consistently exceed consultation conversion goals


• Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first conversation

What You'll Bring

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (language proficiency will be assessed during the hiring process)


• Proven success in sales, ideally consultative or phone-based


• Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
