The Role You'll Play
Ignite growth by connecting small businesses with Mindbody solutions through high-energy outreach via calls, emails, texts, and social media.
Manage the full sales journey, from first hello to final handshake, ensuring a smooth, exciting experience for every client.
Deliver engaging demos that showcase how Mindbody products unlock new possibilities for health, wellness, and beauty businesses.
Act as a trusted guide for prospective clients, helping them find the best-fit solutions for their unique needs and goals.
Build authentic, lasting relationships that drive not just sales, but customer success.
Stay organized and ahead of the curve by tracking all interactions and opportunities in Salesforce with precision.
Consistently hit, and exceed, monthly and quarterly goals, fueling your personal success and the company’s momentum.
Stay sharp on product updates, competitive insights, and industry trends to always bring the best advice to the table
Experience You Bring
1–3 years of sales experience in a SaaS environment, with a proven record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
Eagerness and confidence to connect through cold calls and thoughtful outreach, always ready to start meaningful conversations.
Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to navigate objections with empathy and ease.
Tech-savvy mindset, with a solid understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, APIs, and web technologies.
Enthusiasm for the health, wellness, or beauty industries, whether professionally or personally.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce
Pay Transparency

We offer competitive pay designed to attract, inspire, and retain top talent, built around fairness, transparency, and your individual impact.
For this role, the base salary in the United States is $45,000 - $50,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) between $80,000 and $95,000 annually. Total compensation may also include uncapped commissions, benefits, and additional performance-driven incentives.
Actual offers are thoughtfully determined based on your unique experience, skills, and location.
