Job Description:- As an Incentives Marketing Manager on the Ads Marketing team, you will work to create and implement incentive programs that help existing customers succeed.
Responsibilities:- Cultivate and implement Incentive marketing programs that help existing customers succeed with Client.
- Use data to define the incentives strategy for customers throughout their journey with Client Ads products
- Apply growth marketing principles and work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and launch incentive programs that drive business impact.
- Manage a global program, ensuring best practices are scaled globally and resources are invested where they have the highest impact.
Mandatory Skills: - 6 years of work experience, including marketing, management consulting, and/or project management experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally to design, launch and scale marketing programs.
- Experience developing quantitative business models to assess project/initiative impact.
Desired: - Experience running or managing incentives, promotions, or loyalty programs, particularly in B2B industries
- Understanding of Client’s products.
- Understanding of how incentives can drive growth.
- Project management, relationship management and change management skills, with ability to work with technical and business stakeholders and interact at all levels of the organization.
- Distinctive problem-solving, analytical, and growth marketing skills, particularly in a/b testing, pricing and monetization, and business modelling.
Education:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
