Position Summary
The Incident Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating, documenting, and investigating incidents involving individuals supported by the organization, including allegations of Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE), critical incidents, and other reportable events that may impact an individual's health, safety, or well-being. This position ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, agency policies, and Office for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (OIDD) reporting requirements. The Incident Management Specialist works collaboratively across departments to promote quality outcomes, risk reduction, and the protection of individual rights.

Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment. Regular interaction with staff, leadership, and cross-functional teams is required.
Physical Requirements
This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 15 lbs), and hands-on support. Reasonable accommodations are available.
