We are seeking compassionate, responsible, and experienced babysitters to join our team. As an Incredible Babysitter, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety, happiness, and development of the children in your care. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working with children of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including tutoring, homework help, and park adventures.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up play areas, light cooking, and laundry.
- Offer additional support such as pet sitting, pet walking, house sitting, and travel assistance when needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and sharing adorable moments through our Scrapbook Initiative.
- Adapt to flexible schedules, including short-term or consistent long-term commitments.
Qualifications:
- Must be between the ages of 18-80 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- CPR Certification (required).
- Successful completion of a Level 2 Background Screening.
- Previous childcare experience is preferred, with references available upon request.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both children and parents.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to varying family needs.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
