🎓 Continuous Learning: Master our sales scripts and statements to build rapport and influence homeowners effectively. Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on our products, services, and software systems.

🗓️ Strategic Scheduling: Utilize our advanced CRM system to collect homeowner information and schedule in-home consultations. Confidently answer questions, address objections, and meet daily goals set by our dynamic Marketing Department.

🤝 Community Engagement: Attend on and off-premises meetings, connecting with like-minded individuals and contributing to the vibrant culture of Renewal by Andersen of CNY.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation 


• Sales experience preferred


• Availability to work evenings and weekends if needed


• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
