Independent Contractor - Sprinter Van Delivery Route (South Bend to St. Joseph)

NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to handle a new, dedicated distribution route within our established South Bend, IN operation. Your Mission

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Route Details & Schedule (South Bend Area)

• Compensation: $95 per day (Average Weekly Commission).
• Schedule: 5 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Start/End Time: 5:30pm Start, typically completing the route by 7:30pmor completion.
• Required Vehicle: Sprinter or larger.
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 350 miles (70 miles/day).
• Daily Stops: Averages 2 stops daily.
• Geographic Area: South Bend to Saint Joseph, MI.
• Sorting: None required.

Vehicle Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Sprinter or larger.
• The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer. This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.
