Key responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic, personalised advice across pensions, investments, estate planning and protection
• Build long-term relationships using the Six-Stage Advice Process
• Stay informed on legislation and product changes to offer proactive advice
• Grow your client base via referrals, company leads and introducers
• Conduct reviews and create tailored financial strategies based on clients' changing goals

What you’ll need:

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) and CF30 status
• A clear, client-first mindset and a polished, professional approach
• The ability to communicate clearly and work confidently using digital tools
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and an interest in building a sustainable, long-term client book
