About the Role
We are seeking skilled Infusion RNs to provide IV therapy and infusion services across clinics and skilled nursing settings in the Wichita Falls region. This position offers a consistent Monday–to–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, making it ideal for nurses seeking balance, autonomy, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Administer IV medications and specialty infusions in clinic-based environments.

Monitor patients for therapy response and manage infusion-related reactions.

Access and maintain existing vascular devices (PIVs, PICCs, ports—no line placement required).

Perform therapeutic injections (IM/SQ) as ordered.

Educate patients on therapy plans and care expectations.

Document care electronically and communicate updates to providers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Active RN license in Texas (unencumbered).

Minimum 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (SNF or clinic preferred).

Current BLS certification.

Strong IV and vascular access skills.

Reliable transportation for local coverage.

Schedule & Flexibility

Full-Time: 3–4 shifts per week (daytime hours).

PRN: Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs.

Monday–Friday schedule only—no weekends or nights.
