About the Role
We are seeking skilled Independent Infusion RNs to deliver IV therapy services across clinics and skilled nursing facilities in the Tyler/East Texas region, including Tyler, Longview, and surrounding areas. This role offers full-time and part-time options, providing flexibility, autonomy, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Administer IV infusions and specialty medications.

Monitor patients during therapy and manage infusion-related reactions.

Access and maintain vascular devices (PIVs, PICCs, ports—no line placement required).

Perform therapeutic injections (IM/SQ) as ordered.

Provide patient education on therapy plans and care expectations.

Accurately document all care and coordinate with providers as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Active RN license in Texas (unencumbered).

Minimum 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (clinic or SNF preferred).

Current BLS certification.

Proficient IV and vascular access skills.

Reliable transportation for regional clinic coverage.

Schedule & Flexibility

Full-Time (FT): 3–4 shifts per week (daytime hours).

Part-Time (PT): Flexible scheduling (2–3 shifts per week).

Monday–Friday schedule only; no nights or weekends.
