Opportunity Overview
We are currently seeking independent contractors to represent our pest control services through face-to-face, door-to-door interactions with homeowners. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy flexible schedules, and want to earn based on results.
Please note: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You determine your own schedule, workflow, and methods of outreach.
Scope of Work
- Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in residential areas
- Introduce pest control services and present pricing options
- Educate prospects and either refer leads or close sales directly
- Track and report your own performance (your choice of method—no required systems or timesheets)
- Access optional training resources to help you get started
Compensation Structure
- 100% commission-based earnings
- During your onboarding period, we offer a $1 per door talked to incentive as a performance-based bonus to support early learning and momentum
- There is no hourly wage or salary - compensation is based entirely on results

- Coachable and goal-oriented individuals
- No sales experience required
- Comfortable speaking with people and walking outdoors
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be open to commission-only work as an independent contractor
