Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support individuals in achieving their goals and outcomes.
Complete required state and agency training within designated timeframes.
Ensure compliance with RRHSF policies, state regulations, CQL, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
Train, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), including scheduling, performance monitoring, and staff recognition.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing support for DSPs.
Manage payroll tasks, including approving time in Kronos and updating employee information.
Maintain Electronic Visit Verification records in Therap.
Uphold privacy, dignity, and rights of individuals, acting as a mandated reporter for mistreatment, exploitation, abuse, and neglect.
Respond to emergencies and ensure medical appointments are scheduled, attended, and documented.
Perform representative payee duties, managing banking records and fund balances.
Participate in on-call duties and fulfill Program Coordinator responsibilities as needed.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:
A minimum bachelor’s degree in social work or a human service-related bachelor's degree.
Experience in human services and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in supervisory skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and supervise staff through example and leadership in the provision of services of the utmost quality.
Good character, integrity, high ethical standards, collaborative and communication skills to promote teamwork, and demonstrate the and demonstration of the ability to establish positive, personal relationships with people we support.
The ability to assimilate and demonstrate proficiency in policies and procedures, personnel policies, regulations, and standards.
Ability to function calmly, efficiently, proficiently, and professionally day to day and in highly stressful situations.
