What You Will Do

• Plan and coordinate travel for leisure and business clients

• Consult with clients to understand schedules, budgets, and travel preferences

• Design customized vacations, tour packages, excursions, and group experiences

• Research fares, schedules, and supplier promotions

• Calculate total trip costs and present package options

• Book flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and special events

• Educate clients on travel requirements such as passports, visas, and documentation

• Provide guidance on destinations, local customs, attractions, and weather

• Manage itinerary updates or alternative arrangements if changes occur

• Maintain organized client records and build long-term relationships
