Indiana Ryan White Part B Program Manager

Overview:

The Indiana Ryan White Part B Program Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of Matthew 25’s Indiana Ryan White Part B-funded services, including Medical Case Management, Food and Transportation Assistance, and Patient Navigation. This role ensures that all program components align with federal guidelines, meet grant objectives, and support the clinic’s mission to serve individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The Program Manager leads a dedicated team, promotes cross-functional collaboration, and ensures services are client-centered, compliant, and outcome-driven. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring performance, supporting quality improvement, and managing reporting requirements in accordance with HRSA and Indiana Department of Health standards. The Indiana Part B Program Manager plays a vital role in improving health equity and ensuring high-quality, accessible care for Matthew 25’s HIV-positive clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field (Business, Operations, Administration, Social Work, Healthcare, etc.).


• 1-2 years of experience in personnel supervision, budgeting, financial management, and nonprofit experience.

• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.

• Flexibility, as our services are available to a large geographic area in the state of Kentucky, which may require some travel
