Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: Houston, TX. This is an on-site opportunity based from our Northwest Houston office with regular interaction at industrial project sites throughout the Houston market.

Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of plant or midstream experience focused on civil construction and 3+ years of ground-up civil experience, including work progressing from initial site development through structural concrete and anchor bolts.

Job Description

• Manage industrial civil construction projects from bidding and estimating through completion, billing, and turnover.
• Prepare estimates incorporating labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project costs.
• Lead civil scopes including site preparation, underground work, structural concrete, foundations, and anchor bolt installation.
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress, address challenges, and communicate directly with clients.
• Maintain strong client communication regarding schedules, progress, changes, and project requirements.
• Coordinate invoicing and final billing based on contracts and completed work.
• Support staffing needs by assisting with interviews and hiring of field personnel.
• Manage project documentation, document control, O&M manuals, and turnover packages.
• Identify project issues early and drive practical solutions that protect schedule, quality, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil construction experience within plant or midstream environments.
• 3+ years of ground-up industrial civil construction experience.
• Strong understanding of sitework, underground construction, structural concrete, foundations, and anchor bolts.
• Experience managing projects from estimating or bidding through construction, closeout, and billing.
• Ability to independently manage clients, field teams, vendors, schedules, costs, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Petrochemical or major industrial plant project experience is highly preferred.
