Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift | Manufacturing
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 3 PM – 1 AM
Pay: $42.45 – $45.31/hr + $3.25 shift differential
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits for machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Install and maintain electrical and electronic controls using schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Dismantle and repair electrical machinery; replace defective components such as brushes and armatures.
• Ensure proper installation and safe operation of electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, panels, and lighting.
• Use CMMS software to track work orders, parts, and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance.
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical.
