Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join a stable, fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support production uptime by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electromechanical systems, including PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and industrial electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, and electronic control systems on manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Install, test, and maintain electrical controls, panels, breakers, motors, and wiring systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, sketches, and technical diagrams
Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including replacement of defective components (e.g., brushes, armatures)
Support installation and monitoring of electrical systems for safety, performance, and compliance
Conduct layouts, assembly, installation, testing, and adjustment of industrial equipment
Perform basic mechanical maintenance and support cross-functional repairs
Use CMMS systems to locate parts, document work orders, and track maintenance activities
Collaborate with team members and may provide guidance to junior technicians
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related)
2–4 years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
Strong ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
Hands-on experience with PLCs, industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Proficiency using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and perform manual tasks
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
