Industrial Engineer - Hiring Urgently

OVERVIEW
The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing our production processes, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste.
* Design efficient workflows and layouts for manufacturing facilities.
* Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal work methods.
* Utilize statistical methods and software to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with production managers and other stakeholders to implement process improvements.
* Identify and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
* Develop standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.
* Train staff in new processes and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, BB preferable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Presentation skills in PPT at an ELT level is required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor"s degree in industrial engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
* 3 to 5 years of experience with solid experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical"s manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
* Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* SAP experience preferred.
