What You'll Do

• Collect noise, water, air, and/or building material samples
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data
• Industrial Hygiene Assessments (Chemical Exposure, Noise, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Air Monitoring)
• Water Intrusion and Mold Assessments (Moisture Mapping, Visible suspect biological growth assessments, Mold Sampling and Clearance Protocols)
• Building Material Sample Collection including Asbestos Assessments, Sampling, project oversight, and clearance testing; Lead-Based Paint Inspections; and Lead sampling​​​​​​
• Ensure safe work practices on all project work

What We Need From You:

• BS in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or other related field
• 2-5 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection
• Experience with industrial hygiene, asbestos, mold, and lead sampling
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and State Asbestos Inspector license preferred
• Experience conducting asbestos surveys and overseeing asbestos/mold abatements; Asbestos designer preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
