Industrial Machinery Repair & Maintenance Technician

Summary:

We are seeking a well-rounded individual to repair and maintain CNC and manual machinery, as well as perform general building and facilities maintenance. This role is essential to keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly and safely.

As a Machine Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will use your expertise in industrial maintenance, schematics, and electrical systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently. Experience in field service, customer service, and industrial electrical systems will enhance your ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC/manual machinery and equipment


• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues


• Interpret schematics and technical manuals for repair guidance


• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality


• Respond urgently to unscheduled equipment breakdowns


• Supervise and train operators in daily maintenance tasks


• Maintain and track preventive maintenance schedules


• Perform building and facilities maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of 3-phase power systems (240V & 480V)


• Familiarity with EPA/OSHA safety regulations


• Experience with CNC and manual machinery, material handling equipment, and overhead cranes


• Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting and repair


• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs


• Capable of following written instructions and standard procedures


• Excellent problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues


• Experience with overhead cranes and general building maintenance


• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems
