We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems supporting production equipment.
You will work in a structured, team-oriented environment where safety, reliability, and continuous improvement are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems on industrial machinery
Install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment using schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
Perform diagnostics and repairs on motors, transformers, panels, breakers, conduit, and lighting systems
Dismantle machinery and replace or repair defective components (electrical and mechanical)
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to complete installations and repairs
Perform basic mechanical repairs and alignments as needed
Install and monitor equipment for performance, safety, and operational efficiency
Document work and manage maintenance tasks using a CMMS system
Support and occasionally guide junior maintenance team members as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate degree (2-year) in Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
Proficiency with CMMS systems for work orders and parts lookup
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active maintenance work (standing, bending, stooping)
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
Preferred Experience
Industrial or plant maintenance in manufacturing environments
Automation, mechatronics, OEM equipment service, or heavy machinery maintenance
Experience supporting multi-shift production operations
