Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Millwright

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Mechanic for a full-time shop and field service role in Dover, NJ (07801). This is a hands-on position focused on industrial machinery repair, hydraulic systems, welding, and equipment rebuilding.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic system issues
• Rebuild, assemble, and install machine components and parts
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment efficiency and safety
• Perform field service visits at customer sites as needed
• Collaborate with team members on repair and fabrication projects
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright
• Strong hydraulic system troubleshooting and assembly experience (required)
• TIG and fusion welding experience (required)
• Machine rebuilding experience (gearboxes, shafts, motors, bearings, seals)
• Ability to perform steel grinding and polishing (stainless & carbon steel)
• Basic electrical knowledge (motors and switches)
• Experience with machining and mechanical fabrication
• Valid driver's license (required for field service work)
